Scaling up Storage of a Yearly/Monthly DB Instance
Function
This API is used to scale up storage space of a yearly/monthly DB instance. Before calling this API:
- Learn how to authenticate it.
- Obtain the required region and endpoint.

Instance ID, which is compliant with the UUID format.
