5.6 Platform Management. To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Laws, Huawei Cloud may manage the functionality and services of KooGallery from time to time at its own discretion, which may include requiring you to remove and/or stop selling products, disabling the renewal function, etc. You understand and agree that if any disputes arise from the foregoing measures, you shall resolve them with the Purchaser, End User and/or Reseller on your own, and Huawei Cloud shall not be held liable for such disputes.

14. Term, Suspension, and Termination-14.3 Termination.

14.3 Termination. Without affecting any other right or remedy available to it, either Party may terminate this Agreement with immediate effect by giving written notice if; the other Party commits a material breach of any term of this Agreement and which breach is irremediable or (if such breach is remediable) fails to remedy that breach within a period of thirty (30) days upon receipt of notice from such Party identifying such breach and requesting its cure; or to the extent permitted under Applicable Law, either Party has ceased to operate in the ordinary course, or is in bankruptcy, insolvency, liquidation, dissolution, or similar proceedings.

14.3 Termination.

14.3.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Laws, we may terminate this Agreement for any reason by providing you with at least thirty (30) days' prior notice.

14.3.2 Either Party may terminate this Agreement if the other Party materially breaches this Agreement and fails to cure such breach within thirty (30) days after receiving notice from the non-breaching Party specifying the breach and requesting its cure.

14.3.3 You acknowledge and agree that, upon the occurrence of any circumstance described in Sections 14.2(a) through 14.2(i), we reserve the right to terminate your access to and use of the KooGallery immediately. We may also suspend or terminate the settlement and payment of transactions relating to your Products immediately, and you shall bear all liabilities and risks arising therefrom.

4.7 Platform Management. 13. Term, Suspension, and Termination-13.1 Initial Term and Renewal./13.2 Term.

13.1 Initial Term and Renewal. The Term will commence on the Commencement Date. Unless terminated earlier in accordance with its terms, this Agreement shall continue in force for a duration of 12 months (the "Initial Term") and unless terminated in accordance with this Agreement shall automatically extend for a period of twelve (12) months upon the expiry of the Initial Term and on each subsequent anniversary of such expiry (each such extension, a "Renewal Period") unless either Party gives at least thirty (30) days' written notice to the other before the end of the Initial Term (or Renewal Period, as applicable), in which case this Agreement shall terminate on the last day of the Initial Term (or Renewal Period, as applicable).

13.2 Term. The Initial Term together with any subsequent Renewal Periods shall constitute the "Term".
