Can I Unsubscribe from a Resource Package?

When purchasing a resource package, you can set its effective time. Before it takes effective, you can unsubscribe from it in Unsubscribe from Inactive Resources on the Unsubscriptions page.

Effective resource package (excluding cloud server backups and data warehouses) cannot be unsubscribed from.
