How Long Is the Renewal Duration When I Renew a Resource for One Month?

It is calculated based on the actual number of days in a calendar month.
Example:
A resource expired at 23:59:59 on January 31 and is renewed for one month. After the renewal, the resource expires at 23:59:59 on February 28. The renewal duration is 28 days (or 29 days in a leap year).
A resource expired at 23:59:59 on April 31 and is renewed for one month. After the renewal, the resource expires at 23:59:59 on May 1. The renewal duration is 30 days.
A resource expired at 23:59:59 on May 15 and is renewed for one month. After the renewal, the resource expires at 23:59:59 on June 15. The renewal duration is 31 days.
