Why Is My Order Automatically Canceled?
Huawei Cloud will automatically cancel an order which cannot be paid in one of the following scenarios. You can view the cancellation reason in
.
- The order is not paid within the specified period.
- The resource has been deleted, the resource specifications have been changed, or the billing mode of the resource has been changed to pay-per-use.
- The order is rejected.
- The unsubscription refund failed.
- The auto-renewal has been performed, so the manual renewal order and change order are automatically cancelled.
- The associated contract has been terminated.
