Deleting a Prefix Rule from an IP Prefix List

Scenarios

This section describes how to delete a prefix rule.

Notes and Constraints

  • IP prefix rules change the path through which network traffic passes. If the route policy of a prefix rule has already been associated with an enterprise router, evaluate the impact on services before deleting the prefix rule.
  • Each IP prefix list must contain at least one prefix rule. If you want to delete the last prefix rule from an IP prefix list, you can add a prefix rule and then delete the old rule.

Procedure

  1. Go to the Prefix Lists page.
  2. Click the name of the target IP prefix list.

The prefix rule list is displayed.

  3. Locate the row that contains the target prefix rule and click Delete in the Operation column.

A confirmation dialog box is displayed.

  4. Confirm the information and click OK.

Deleted prefix rules cannot be recovered.
