What Can I Do If I Have an Outstanding Amount?

If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that your account is at risk of falling into arrears, we have the right to bill you more frequently, and charge your credit card based on expenses incurred. If you have not added a credit card, you need to manually pay off the balance at once.
