libpq Package, Dependency Library, and Header File
Obtain the library and header file from GaussDB-Kernel-VxxxRxxxCxx-xxxxx-64bit-Libpq.tar.gz in the driver package. Client programs that use libpq must include the header file libpq-fe.h and must connect to the libpq library.
