Managing Customer Resource Usage

Scenario Description

Partners subscribe to the customer resource usage on the Support Center > API Management > Configure page in Partner Center.

  • Partners can view resource usage of its all customers or a specified customer on the partner sales platform.
  • Customers can query their own resource usage.

API Invoking Process

Development Suggestions

  • The system generates the customer resource usage file containing the data generated till the previous day from 12:00 to 20:00 (not later than 24:00) every day. Therefore, it is recommended to set the partner sales platform to obtain the customer resource usage file at 24:00 every day.
  • The customer resource usage data has a latency. Therefore, the data cannot be used when the data accuracy requirement is high, such as for monitoring or budget control.
