This API is used to query all tags of a specified region.

key	String	Tag key. A tag key cannot contain special characters (=*<>\,\|/) or start or end with a space.
value	Array of strings	Tag value. A tag value cannot contain special characters (=*<>\,\|/) or start or end with a space.
