Cross-Border Data Transfer Compliance Commitment

Please pay attention to the following:

1. When you use this product or this feature, it will transfer your Service Data on the cloud to Singapore and the acceleration service area you select. In addition, some of your service data (such as basic settings, origin settings, and tenant ID) will be transferred to China, which may involve cross-border data transfer.
2. You agree and acknowledge that you have full permission to dispose of the pre-mentioned Service Data and are fully responsible for the data transmission.
3. You shall ensure that your data transfer complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including providing adequate data security technologies and strategies and fulfilling legal obligations such as obtaining full explicit consent from individuals and completing security assessment and declaration for cross-border data transfers. Furthermore, you promise that your Service Data does not contain any content restricted or prohibited from being transmitted or disclosed by applicable laws.
4. If you fail to comply with the preceding statements and warranties, you shall bear the corresponding legal consequences and be liable for any loss caused to Huawei Cloud and/or its affiliates.
