Unrestricting Purchases and Unfreezing Resources

You can unrestrict purchases and unfreeze resources for a customer account if needed.

Procedure

  1. Sign in to Huawei Cloud as a partner.
  2. Click Partner Center in the drop-down list of your account name.
  3. In the top navigation bar, choose Sales > Customers > Customer Management.
  4. In the customer list, select a customer and click Unrestrict Purchase and Unfreeze Resources in the Operation column.
  5. In the dialog box that is displayed, enter the reason and click OK. The system displays a message indicating that the operation is successful.

    If you have enabled the verification code function, a verification code will be required.
