DBE_SQL_UTIL.drop_remote_sql_patch

drop_remote_sql_patch deletes SQL patches from a specified CN and returns whether the execution is successful, as described in Table 1.

Only the initial user, sysadmin, opradmin, and monadmin have the permission to call it.
