GLOBAL_RECORD_RESET_TIME

GLOBAL_RECORD_RESET_TIME is used to obtain statistics about the reset (restart, active/standby switchover, and database deletion) time of each node in the cluster, as shown in Table 1.

reset_time	timestamp with time zone	Time to be reset.
