GLOBAL_INSTANCE_TIME

Provides various time consumption information under all normal nodes in the entire cluster, as described in Table 1.

stat_id	integer	Statistics ID.
stat_name	text	Type name. See the INSTANCE_TIME view.
value	bigint	Time value (unit: μs).
