GS_ILM_TICKER
The GS_ILM_TICKER system catalog records the mapping between LSNs and time. A maximum of 3650 lines of records can be retained.

| ilm_ticker_lsn | bigint | LSN when the dotting operation is triggered. |
| ilm_ticker_time | timestamp with time zone | Time when the dotting operation is triggered. |
