The username and password variables of CodeArts Artifact may contain special characters.

If the username and password variables of CodeArts Artifact are referenced in a template, enclose the variables using single quotation marks like '{{url_username}}' and '{{url_password}}'.
Go to the private Maven repository, click Manage Permissions, and click next to user rel-def to change the password.
