URL Domain Name Resolution Failure
Symptom
The error message urlopen error [Errno -2] Name or service not known is displayed.
Analysis
Your host fails to resolve the domain name of the release repository. As a result, the file fails to be downloaded.
Solution
If you have a DNS server, you can add the following domain names to the DNS server to resolve the domain names of the release repository:
If you do not have a DNS server, add the domain names to the hosts file on a local host so that the host can resolve the domain names of the release repository.

Take a 64-bit Windows 10 host as an example. The path of the hosts file is C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\.
