"HTTP Error 403" Is Displayed When the CodeArts Artifact Software Package Is Downloaded
Symptoms
During application deployment, the message "HTTP Error 403" is displayed when you download a software package from CodeArts Artifact.
Cause Analysis
- You do not have permission to download the corresponding software package.
- Your CodeArts Artifact traffic in the current month exceeds the specifications of the purchased package.
Solution
- Contact the project administrator to grant you the corresponding permission.
- Check whether the download traffic of CodeArts Artifact has been used up. If the traffic has been used up and you still need to use the download function, upgrade your package.
