Deleting a DB Instance
Scenarios
You can manually delete a DB instance on the TaurusDB Instances page.
Constraints
- Instances cannot be deleted when operations are being performed on them.
- If you delete a DB instance, the read replicas associated with it are also deleted.
- You can rebuild deleted instances from the recycle bin. For details, see Rebuilding a Deleted Instance from Recycle Bin.
Procedure
- Log in to the management console.
- Click
in the upper left corner and select a region and project. - Click
in the upper left corner of the page, choose . - On the Instances page, locate the instance you want to delete and click More > Delete in the Operation column.
- In the displayed dialog box, click Yes. Refresh the Instances page later to check that the deletion is successful.
