ALM-29106 Tserver Process CPU Usage Exceeds the Threshold
Alarm Description
The system checks the Kudu service status every 60 seconds. This alarm is generated when the system detects that the CPU usage of the Kudu Tserver process is too high.
This alarm is cleared when the CPU usage of the Tserver process becomes normal and the system considers that the Kudu instance service recovers.

Impact on the System
Users cannot use the Kudu service.
Possible Causes
The CPU usage of a KuduTserver instance is too high.
Handling Procedure
Handle the Kudu instance exceptions.
- On FusionInsight Manager, choose O&M > Alarm > Alarms. On the displayed page, locate alarm ALM-29106 Tserver Process CPU Usage Exceeds the Threshold and view the alarm source.
- Choose O&M > Alarm > Thresholds > Kudu. Locate the alarm threshold and check whether the CPU usage of the cluster Kudu instance exceeds the threshold. If yes, rectify the fault or change the threshold.
- Choose O&M > Alarm and check whether the alarm is cleared.
- If yes, no further action is required.
- If no, go to 4.
Collect fault information.
- On FusionInsight Manager, choose O&M. In the navigation pane on the left, choose Log > Download.
- Expand the Service drop-down list, and select the following service for the target cluster:
- Kudu
- Click in the upper right corner, and set Start Date and End Date for log collection to 10 minutes ahead of and after the alarm generation time, respectively. Then, click Download.
- Contact O&M personnel and provide the collected logs.
Alarm Clearance
This alarm is automatically cleared after the fault is rectified.
