What Can I Do If I Cannot Find the Resources to Be Renewed?
If you cannot find the resources to be renewed on the Renewals page, the possible causes are as follows:
- The resources cannot be renewed. For details, see Why Cannot I Renew a Resource? Which Resources Cannot Be Renewed?.
- The resource needs to be renewed on the cloud service console. Go to the specific cloud service console to renew it.
