DELETE Bucket tagging

API Description

You can use this API to delete the tags of a specified bucket.

Method Definition

1. ObsClient->deleteBucketTagging(array $parameter)
2. ObsClient->deleteBucketTaggingAsync(array $parameter, callable $callback)
