What Is a Cash Coupon Quota and How Do I Use It?

Cloud solution providers obtain their cash coupon quota from Huawei Cloud, while the cash coupon quota for a Partner Service Provider' associated cloud solution providers is issued by the Partner Service Provider.

Only partners registered in Asia Pacific regions can request the cash coupon quota, and issue or withdraw cash coupons to or from their customers.

Partners must deliver cash coupon quotas to customers for use.

Partners can view cash coupon quotas by choosing Customer Business > Coupon Management at Partner Center, and issue cash coupons to better develop customers. Customers can use these cash coupons to buy Huawei Cloud resources.

• When purchasing a yearly/monthly product, a customer can directly use cash coupons for payment.
• Coupons will be deducted before the bill of the customer's pay-per-use product fees is generated at the end of a month. For example, the cash coupons issued on January 15 can be deducted to pay for pay-per-use consumption of January, including the consumption from January 1 to January 14.

A partner has the right to reclaim cash coupons that have been issued to its customers in case of errors or other special cases. After a cash coupon is reclaimed, customer's consumption generated in the current month cannot be deducted using the cash coupon. Exercise caution when performing this operation.
