What Are the Precautions for Associating a Customer with a Partner?

  • Each customer can be associated with only one partner.
  • A customer with the HUAWEI CLOUD account in arrears cannot be associated with any partner.
  • A customer cannot be associated with a partner if the customer has signed a special contract with HUAWEI CLOUD, such as an offline directly-signed contract, authorized telemarketing contract with discounts, and directly-signed special offer contract.
  • When the customer's HUAWEI CLOUD account has a balance (without rewards for top-ups) and the value of outstanding invoices is equal to or less than 2000 RMB, the customer can choose to retain the balance (by transferring the balance to the partner's subaccount) or withdraw the balance (by submitting a service ticket or contacting customer service) before being associated with a partner by prepayment model.
  • When the customer's HUAWEI CLOUD account has rewards for top-ups or the value of outstanding invoices is greater than 2000 RMB, the customer must submit a service ticket or contact customer service requesting for an association by prepayment model.
  • After a customer is associated with a partner by prepayment model, the coupons in the customer's HUAWEI CLOUD account are invisible and unavailable. After the customer is disassociated from the partner, the coupons become visible and available again.
  • A customer with an internal HUAWEI CLOUD account cannot be associated with any partner.
  • HUAWEI CLOUD customers whose reserved instances are not expired cannot be associated with any partner.
