Why Are My Cash Coupons Missing?
From January 1, 2021 (April 1, 2021 for cloud solution providers from Asia-Pacific regions), the coupons will be centrally deducted when the bills of the cloud solution providers are generated. All your cash coupons then will be converted into your partner's cash coupons and used by your partner.
