What Can I Do If I Selected the Key Pair Authentication When I Created a BMS But Want to Log In to the BMS Using a Password?

When you create a Windows BMS, you can select only key pair authentication. To log in to the BMS using a password, you can:

• Use the private key file obtained when you created the BMS to obtain the password. For details, see Obtaining the Password of a Windows BMS.

When you create a Linux BMS, you can select key pair or password authentication. If key pair authentication is selected but you want to use a password, you can:

• Log in to the BMS as instructed in Logging In to a BMS Using an SSH Key Pair and run the passwd command to set a password.
