GET Bucket lifecycle
API Description
You can use this API to obtain the lifecycle rules of a bucket.
Method Definition
1. ObsClient->getBucketLifecycle(array $parameter) 2. ObsClient->getBucketLifecycleAsync(array $parameter, callable $callback)
