Adding a Tag to a Transit IP Address

Function

This API is used to add a tag to a transit IP address.

  • A transit IP address can have up to 20 tags.

  • This API is idempotent.

  • If a tag to be added has the same key as an existing tag, the tag will be added and overwrite the existing one.

Authorization Information

Each account has all the permissions required to call all APIs, but IAM users must be assigned the required permissions.

  • If you are using role/policy-based authorization, see Permissions Policies and Supported Actions for details on the required permissions.
  • If you are using identity policy-based authorization, the following identity policy-based permissions are required.
