Deleting the Version Status of a Secret

Deletes the status of a specified secret version.

SYSCURRENT and SYSPREVIOUS are built-in statuses and cannot be deleted.

DELETE /v1/{project_id}/secrets/{secret_name}/stages/{stage_name}
