How Do I Obtain the AK/SK by Creating an Agency?

After you create an agency, the ICAgent automatically obtains the Access Key ID/Secret Access Key (AK/SK) for application O&M.

Creating an Agency

  1. Log in to the IAM console.
  2. In the navigation pane, choose Agencies.
  3. Click Create Agency in the upper right corner. The Create Agency page is displayed.
  4. Set parameters by referring to Table 1.

    Agency Name

    Set an agency name.

    Agency Type

    Select Cloud service.

    Select ECS BMS.

    Select Unlimited.

    (Optional) Provide detailed information about the agency.

  5. Click OK. In the displayed dialog box, click Authorize Agency.
  6. On the Select Policy/Role tab page, select AOM FullAccess and click Next.
  7. Click OK.

Making an Agency Effective

  1. Log in to the Elastic Cloud Server (ECS) console.
  2. On the Elastic Cloud Server page, click the name of the ECS where the ICAgent is located. The Summary page is displayed.
  3. Select the created agency for Agency and confirm the configuration to make the agency effective.
