How Can I Open the Basic Information Page of My Account?
Log in to Huawei Cloud and access My Account. If the page is not opened, check your network connectivity. If the network connectivity is normal, press F5 to refresh the page.
If you are using a browser of an early version, the page display is also affected. In this case, you can upgrade or switch to another browser and then try again. For details about the compatibility between Huawei Cloud and browsers, see Which Browsers Are Supported?
