What Materials Should I Provide to Restore My HUAWEI ID?
If the phone number or email address registered with Huawei Cloud is unavailable, you can provide required materials to Huawei Cloud after-sales service personnel to restore your account. However, providing these materials does not guarantee that Huawei Cloud will necessarily approve your request. If Huawei Cloud personnel, after careful consideration, believe that the provided materials are not sufficient to prove your right to manage the account, you will be required to provide additional materials as per their instructions.
