In What Circumstances Will Huawei Cloud Services Be Frozen?
Huawei Cloud services will be frozen if any of the following occurs:
- You have violated national laws and regulations or Huawei security requirements. Submit a service ticket for handling.
- Your Huawei Cloud services are not renewed in the retention period. They are frozen due to arrears. For details about renewal, see Manually Renewing Resources.
- You have become a partner, such as a reseller, and cannot purchase cloud services directly.
- Before your Huawei Cloud services are disabled, they are frozen to prevent you from purchasing new resources.
- If you are associated with a partner in reseller mode, your partner manages your expenditures and resource usage, and can freeze your account for reasons such as exceeding the allocated budget.
