Deleting a Layer 2 Connection

Scenarios

You can delete a Layer 2 connection if it is not needed any more.

L2CGs are currently available for open beta test in CN East-Shanghai1 and CN South-Guangzhou. You can use this function after obtaining the open beta test permissions.

Prerequisites

Layer 2 connections to be deleted are not in the connecting or deleting status.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the management console.
  2. Click in the upper left corner and select the desired region and project.
  3. On the console homepage, under Network, click Virtual Private Cloud.
  4. In the navigation pane on the left, click Layer 2 Connection Gateway.
  5. On the displayed page, click the name of the target L2CG.
  6. On the Layer 2 Connection Topology page, click the Layer 2 connection to be deleted and click Delete Connection.
  7. In the displayed dialog box, click Yes.

    This operation takes 10 to 30 seconds to complete.
