Deleting a L2CG

Scenarios

You can delete L2CGs to release resources or save costs.

L2CGs are currently available for open beta test in CN East-Shanghai1 and CN South-Guangzhou. You can use this function after obtaining the open beta test permissions.

Prerequisites

Layer 2 connections created for the L2CG to be deleted are not in the connecting or deleting status.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the management console.
  2. Click in the upper left corner and select the desired region and project.
  3. On the console homepage, under Network, click Virtual Private Cloud.
  4. In the navigation pane on the left, click Layer 2 Connection Gateway.
  5. On the displayed page, click the name of the target L2CG.
  6. In the upper right corner of the L2CG details page, click Delete.
  7. In the displayed dialog box, click Yes.

    This operation takes 10 to 30 seconds to complete.
