Buying a L2CG

Scenarios

To enable Layer 2 communications between a VPC and your data center subnet, you need to buy a L2CG.

L2CGs are currently available for open beta test in CN East-Shanghai1 and CN South-Guangzhou. You can use this function after obtaining the open beta test permissions.

Prerequisites

  • You have created the VPC and subnet that the L2CG is to be attached to.
  • The VPC has been attached to a Direct Connect virtual gateway. (This is not mandatory if Tunnel Connection is set to Custom.)
