Modifying EIP Bandwidth
Scenarios
For a pay-per-use EIP, you can change the bandwidth name, size, and whether it is billed by bandwidth or traffic.
For a yearly/monthly EIP, you can change the bandwidth name and size.
Impact on Fees
| Current Billing Mode | Change Scenario | Impact on Fees |

| Pay-per-use | Change to be billed by traffic or billed by bandwidth. | The change will take effect immediately. |
| Yearly/Monthly | Increase the bandwidth. | The increased bandwidth size will take effect immediately and the price difference will be billed accordingly. |
| Decrease the bandwidth. | The decreased bandwidth size will take effect in the first billing cycle after a successful renewal.

| Pay-per-use | Change the billing mode from pay-per-use to yearly/monthly. | You can change the billing mode from pay-per-use to yearly/monthly on the EIP console or in the billing center. | Yearly/Monthly | Change the billing mode from yearly/monthly to pay-per-use. | You can change the billing mode from yearly/monthly to pay-per-use in the billing center. Procedure
- Log in to the management console.
- Click
in the upper left corner and select the desired region and project. - On the console homepage, under Network, click Elastic IP.
- Locate the row that contains the target EIP in the EIP list, click More in the Operation column, and select Modify Bandwidth.
- Modify the bandwidth parameters as prompted. Figure 1 Modifying pay-per-use bandwidth

- Click Next.
- Click Submit.
