Simple Message Notification (SMN)

Overview

The Simple Message Notification (SMN) component is used to interconnect with the Simple Message Notification (SMN) service to push messages to HUAWEI CLOUD users.

Parameter

Description

Access Key

Access key of the current account. Obtain the AK/SK. For details, see Access Keys. If an AK/SK has been generated, find the downloaded AK/SK file credentials.csv.

Secret Access Key

Secret access key of the current account. Obtain the AK/SK. For details, see Access Keys.If an AK/SK has been generated, find the downloaded AK/SK file credentials.csv.

Topic

Select a topic you created from the drop-down list.

Message sending mode

Message sending mode, which can be Text Message or Template Message.

  • Text message: Use the customized message content.
  • Template Message: If you use a created message template, you need to set Template Parameter.

Message title

Name of the SMN topic, which is used as the subject of an email sent to subscribers.

Message content

Specifies the message content when Message Sending Mode is set to Text.

Template

When Message Sending Mode is set to Template message, select the created message template.

Template parameters

When Message Sending Mode is set to Template Message, set the parameters in the selected message template.

When setting Message Title, Message Content, and Template Parameter, you can use a simple expression to reference the data in the preceding steps. Reference the data in the preceding steps. For details, see 12.7-Data Reference Description.
