- In the navigation pane on the left of OBS Console, choose Object Storage.
- In the bucket list, click a bucket name, and then the Overview page of the bucket is displayed.
- In the navigation pane on the left, click Permissions > Bucket ACLs.
- In Bucket ACLs, click Edit to set ACL permissions of the owner, Anonymous User for the target bucket.
- Click Add to set the ACL permissions of a specific account. For details, see Figure 1.

Follow-up Procedure
After permissions are granted to a specified account through the bucket ACL, the authorized user can use the AK and SK to access the bucket by adding the bucket to OBS Browser+.
After a certain permission is granted to an anonymous user, the anonymous user can access the bucket without any authentication. A registered anonymous user can use either of the preceding methods to access the bucket. A non-registered anonymous user can access the bucket in the following ways:
- Enter the bucket access domain name in a browser to view the object list of the bucket.
- Configure the bucket access domain name in the third-party system to directly connect to the bucket.
