Stream Authentication

  • If your ingest domain name is added to the new version, you can configure URL validation and ACLs on the console to identify and filter out malicious visitors. Only users who meet the configured rules can play videos. The method of configuring stream authentication is the same as that of configuring playback authentication. For details, see URL Validation and ACL.
  • If your ingest domain name is added to the old version, you can configure URL validation on the console, but need to submit a service ticket for the settings to take effect. After your service ticket is approved, create the ingest URL and streaming URL based on the configured key value and timeout interval. For details, see URL Validation (Old Version).
