Before You Start
The new version of Live provides more functions than the old version. Table 1 lists the differences between the new version and old version.
- The new version will constantly provide new functions. The functions provided in the new version are unavailable for ingest domain names and streaming domain names added to the old version.
- If you want to use functions in the new version, delete domain names from the old version and add them to the new version. When you delete a domain name from the old version, the related configuration is also deleted. You need to configure domain settings again on the new console.

How Do I Check Whether a Domain Name Is In the New or Old Version?
- Log in to the Live console. In the navigation pane, choose Domains.
- Locate the row that contains the target domain name and click Settings in the Operation column.
- Check whether the domain name is added to the new version on the top of the Basic Info area.
