Adding Tenants Who Can Use Shared Images

Scenarios

You can add tenants who can use the images you have shared.

Prerequisites

  • You have shared private images.
  • You have obtained the account name of the tenant to be added. If the tenant is a DeC or multi-project user, you also need to obtain the project name.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the management console.
  2. Under Computing, click Image Management Service.

    The IMS console is displayed.

  3. Click the Private Images tab.
  4. Click the image name to view image details.
  5. Click Add Tenant.

  6. In the Add Tenant dialog box, enter the account name (and select the project name if the tenant to be added is a DeC or multi-project user). Then, click Add.

    If you want to add multiple tenants, enter their account names (and select the project names if the tenants to be added are DeC or multi-project users). Then, click Add.
