How Do I Delete an Enterprise Member Account?

  1. Disassociate the member account from the enterprise master account. For details, see Disassociating Member Accounts.
    1. Log in to the Enterprise Center using the master account and initiate a disassociation request.
    2. Log in to My Account using the member account, go to the Basic Information page, and accept the disassociation request.
  2. Close and delete the member account. For details, see Disabling HUAWEI CLOUD Services (For HUAWEI ID Users Only).
    1. Log in to My Account using the member account, go to the Basic Information page, and click Close Account to close the account.
    2. After you close the account, click Delete Account on the Basic Information page to delete it.
