What Can I Do If the Master Account Cannot Associate with a Member Account Whose Type and Enterprise Name Have Not Been Specified?

Ask the member account to specify the account type and enterprise name and complete real-name authentication, and then associate with the member account. Complete the information of a member account by performing the following procedure:

  1. Go to the Basic Information page.
  2. Click Edit next to Enterprise Name.
  3. Set Account Type to Enterprise, and enter an enterprise name.
  4. Click OK.
