Deleting Components

This section describes how to delete a component from the canvas. A deleted component cannot be recovered. Exercise caution when performing this operation.

Procedure

  1. On the Screens page, locate the screen to be edited and click on the screen. The screen development page is displayed.

  2. Right-click a component in the canvas and select Delete from the shortcut menu. Alternatively, right-click a component in the layer area and select Delete from the shortcut menu.

    You can also select a component and then press Delete on the keyboard to delete it.

  3. In the displayed dialog box, click Yes.
