Modifying a HyperMetro Resource

This section introduces how to modify the name and description of a HyperMetro resource.

Prerequisites

The HyperMetro resource is in the Available or Expired state.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the management console. For details, see Logging In to the Management Console.
  1. Click and select the wanted region.
  2. Click and choose Dedicated Cloud > Dedicated Enterprise Storage to go to the DeC management console.
  1. On the navigation pane on the left, choose Dedicated Enterprise Storage > HyperMetro to go to the HyperMetro resource list page.

  2. Click next to the HyperMetro resource name to expand its details.

  3. Click next to the name or description.
  4. Enter the new name or description.

    • Enter a maximum of 64 halfwidth characters, chosen from letters, digits, underscores (_), and hyphens (-). The value must start with a letter.
    • The description can contain a maximum of 127 characters.

  5. Click to save the modification.
