Modifying the Name of a HyperMetro Consistency Group

This section introduces how to change the name and description of a HyperMetro consistency group.

Procedure

  1. Log in to the management console. For details, see Logging In to the Management Console.
  1. Click and select the wanted region.
  2. Click and choose Storage > Dedicated Enterprise Storage Service to go to DESS Console.
  1. On the navigation pane on the left, choose HyperMetro Consistency Groups.
  2. (Optional) Set the search criteria to look for the consistency group whose information you want to modify
  3. Click next to the consistency group name to expand its details.

  4. Click next to the name.
  5. Enter the new name.

    The HyperMetro name can contain a maximum of 63 characters without any spaces.

  6. Click to save the modification.
