Unsubscribing from a DDM Instance

Prerequisites

  • You have logged in to the DDM console.
  • There are DDM instances whose billing mode is yearly/monthly.

Procedure

  1. In the instance list, locate the instance that you want to unsubscribe from and choose More > Unsubscribe in the Operation column.
  2. In the displayed dialog box, click Yes.

    The Unsubscriptions and Returns/Exchanges page is displayed.

  3. Click Unsubscribe from In-Use Resources and locate the instance.
  4. Select the DDM instance that you want to unsubscribe from. Click Unsubscribe from Resource in the Operation column.

  5. Confirm the instance information and select your reason.
  6. View the unsubscription information, select I have confirmed that a handling fee will be charged for this unsubscription, and click Unsubscribe.

    After a resource is unsubscribed from, its data will be deleted immediately and cannot be restored. Ensure that you have backed up the data or the data will not be used any longer.

  7. In the displayed dialog box, click Yes.
