Resetting the Password

If you forget the password or cannot input the correct password for other reasons during the login, you can reset the password.

If you forget the password and cannot retrieve the password, you can only reset it.

Procedure

  1. Go to the HUAWEI CLOUD homepage.
  2. In the upper right corner of the page, click Log In.
  3. In the Account Login area, click Forgot Password?
  4. Verify your account.

    • Using the account name or the bound email address
      1. Enter the account name or email address and the completely automated public Turing test to tell computers and humans apart (CAPTCHA) code.
      2. Click Next.
    • Using the bound mobile number
      1. Click Use the Mobile Number.
      2. Enter the mobile number and CAPTCHA code.
      3. Click Next.

  5. Verify your identity.

    • Using the email address
      1. Select Email address and click Send Code.
      2. Enter the email verification code.
      3. Click Next.
    • Using the mobile number
      1. Select Mobile number and click Send Code.
      2. Enter the SMS verification code.
      3. Click Next.
    • If both your mobile number and email address are unavailable, contact the customer service for assistance.

  6. Set a new password and click Next.

    The password is reset successfully.
